Phase 2: Strategy & Implementation
Based on gaps from review and assessment in Phase 1, ThisRock will identify:
- Policies that need to be upgraded or created (eg: missing Environmental or Human Rights policies)
- initiatives that need to be rolled out (eg: tracking carbon footprint from offices, diversity training)
- Roll-out of all above policies, initiatives, targets
- Working with key owners when needed to explain, train
- Present key initiative status to team
Phase 3: Communications & Training
- ESG metrics, policies and goals moved to central location for easy access
- Writing of website copy around new ESG factors
- Answering supplier questionnaires or certifying your business (eg: EcoVadis)
- 2-page report written (after review) for your business to share with stakeholders

1-Hour Initial Sustainability Audit + Report
- We’ll have a 1-hour meeting with your team.
- You’ll answer questions that score your business on 17 key themes across Environmental, Social & Governance.
- Themes include: energy, waste, water, GHG emissions, non-GHG emissions, encroachment, wages, diversity, health terms, procurement, community, governance, & positive impacts.
- We’ll provide you with the assessment recording and the questionnaire scoring booklet.
- We will write up our findings in a 2-page report.
