Our Commitments And Baselines
ThisRock Inc. currently maintains zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions through its remote-first operating model. The company commits to achieving and maintaining net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2 and applicable Scope 3 emissions by 2050 for its Canadian operations.
We have set ambitious targets to guide our sustainability efforts. Below is a snapshot of our key baselines and goals:
01. Employee Health & Safety: Zero incidents from 2023-25; aiming to maintain this in 2026.
02. Scope 1/2 emissions: we operate entirely as a remote workforce and do not own or lease any facilities; we have no direct emissions.
03. Waste Management: Achieved zero waste to landfill from 2023-2025; Aiming to maintain this in 2026.
